Overview

Receptionist and Booking Office Team Member at Hendra Holiday Park

Seasonal (up to 40 hours per week) until end of August, possibly September.
Working shifts between 8:00am & 10:00pm including weekends and bank holidays.
Would suit someone at University and home for the summer.

Required:
A hardworking team player with bags of energy. Ideally someone who has worked in customer service both face to face and over the telephone. This person will be flexible and have excellent communication skills. You must be happy to deal with any complaints before handing to a Supervisor when necessary.

You will be:
· Taking bookings over the telephone.
· Checking guests in at main reception.
· Processing payments and booking administration.
· Dealing with online booking requests and answering email questions.
· Dealing with customer complaints.
· Assisting with general enquiries and information about the local area.

You will have:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· The ability to work under pressure.

Experience in a similar role a great advantage but full training will be provided. Immediate start.
