How do I advertise a seasonal job on Holiday Staff?

To advertise your seasonal job quickly and efficiently, simply choose your advertising package (ranging from a single advert to a package of 15) on the ‘Post a Job’ page, and pay using your credit card or bank transfer.

You can then upload your job advert details, together with your company logo and branding, plus the email address or URL you would like the job applications sent to.

Then simply leave the rest to us! We will shout about your vacancy, and promote it to a selected target market of people we know will be interested in your job.

How will I receive applications?

Once your advert is published, you will receive applications direct to your email inbox or URL.

You can log in to your personal dashboard to edit your vacancies, and access applications. Each advert is live online for 28 days.

If I buy a package, do I need to use all the job advert credits at once?

No! You can hang on to some to use at a later date.

How will Holiday Staff promote my vacancies?

We shout about it across our social media platforms, as well as promoting it to targeted groups across the UK and Europe.

Your jobs will also feature in the newsletter to our subscribers.

We give all our listed jobs equal time and devotion!

Is there a step-by-step guide to posting a job on Holiday Staff?


1 – Choose your package on ‘Post a Job’ page.
2 – If you are an existing customer, sign in or, if we’re welcoming you for the first time, create an account.
3 – Add your job details.
4 – Save Draft. (If you don’t continue to the payment process at this stage, you can sign in again at a later date to your personal dashboard, then click ‘Orders’ and you can continue to the payment stage to process your saved job advert.)
5 – Click ‘Preview’ then ‘Submit Listing’.
6 – View basket or ‘Continue to Payment’ at bottom of page to be taken to the payment section.
7 – Pay by credit card or bank transfer.


How do I apply for a job on Holiday Staff?

Simply go to the job description page, and hit ‘Apply’. You will then be able to send your details (including application letter and CV) direct to the employer, or you will be redirected to the employer’s website.

Do I need to create an account to apply for a job?

No, you are free to apply for as many jobs as you like without creating an account or registering.
